44th Annual Norwich Family Turkey Trot
Sunday, November 23, 2025 5k starts at 12:30 — Downtown Norwich, New York
The Norwich Family YMCA Turkey Trot returns for its 44th annual 5K race through the streets of Norwich! This beloved holiday tradition is the perfect way to kick off the season — bringing together family, friends, fitness, and fun in one spirited community event.
🏅 Race Divisions:
Men’s and Women’s divisions for: Ages under 11, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over
💲 Entry Fees:
- $30 per participant through November 14, $35 from November 15 through race day
Your entry includes:
- Accurate chip timing system, 2025 Turkey Trot race shirt (with pre-registration). Delicious post-race refreshments: an Arby’s turkey sandwich, Stewart’s chocolate milk, bagels from Deja Brew, Chobani Yogurt, and more!
👧 Kids Neighborhood Fun Run:
A free, just-for-fun run around the block for children begins at 12:00 noon.
SCHOLARSHIP/FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Norwich Family YMCA is proud to offer its Open Doors Financial Assistance Program which strives to carry out the YMCA mission by providing our community with resources to ensure those who wish to participate in the many programs at the Y, are able to do so. All information is kept in confidence, and is reviewed solely by the Executive Director and processed through the Finance Office.
